With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Katie’s unique perspective shines through in her creativity, execution and demeanor.
She loves exploring the world and learning how different cultures see and experience food.
After she received her undergraduate degree from Rhode Island she moved to Boston, fell in love with the food scene and didn't look back! Katie starting her culinary career in Boston learning the ins and outs of the restaurant kitchens. She soon decided to attend Johnson and Wales University to pursue her Culinary Arts degree. After graduating, she began cooking at The Breakers in palm beach and she rounded out her career at other South Florida luxury hotels such as the Boca Resort and Marriott Harbor Beach. She has cooked for intimate dinner parties to large galas.
In her spare time she loves to travel, share a meal with her friends and family and wine taste!
